Here is a sneak preview of my predictions:
🔸 AI will power chatbot avatars in the metaverse and will serve us in all kinds of customer care, service, and presales areas – and you won’t be able to tell them apart from a human being.
🔸 Agents will take over all our searches and purchases. By 2027 AI will have eaten the web. Websites won´t play an important role anymore. We will have premium personal agents and free agents that act on behalf of suppliers.
